- Visa must be applied for at the Austrian Embassy, as Austria is the main destination
- Entry via Germany (e.g., flight to Munich) is acceptable as long as Austria is the main destination

- Name as it appears on the passport
- Pass No.
- Date of Birth
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date
